Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how KnowbilityTech AI handles refunds. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
1) Paddle's Global Refund Policy
As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all purchases, billing, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Global Refund Policy. You can read Paddle's complete refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
2) General Rule for Digital Products
In accordance with Paddle's policy, unless required by applicable law, all transactions for digital products and Chrome extensions are generally considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the digital asset or license key has been delivered or accessed.
3) Consulting Engagements
For consulting and scoped services, refunds (if applicable) are generally prorated based on completed deliverables and documented effort, subject to the specific terms of your agreement.
4) Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Paddle's policy or applicable consumer law (e.g., if a product is faulty or not as described), you can contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net or reach out to us, and we will assist you in initiating the request with Paddle.
